Inventor Micheal Williams of Stockbridge, GA has created a portable food cover to safeguard your meals from pests and airborne contaminants during outdoor gatherings.
The idea came to life at classic Louisiana Crab Boils, where food is poured straight onto the table for everyone to share. For those who felt uneasy about eating food left exposed on the table without any cover or protection, Micheal was inspired to develop Mr. Serve Right!
But how does it work? Crafted from lightweight yet durable plastic, this sleek, foldable design fits easily over traditional folding tables, protecting trays, bowls, and plates with ease. The cover is antimicrobial and designed with two lightweight sections, each featuring ergonomic handles for effortless and convenient access. Want to grab a dish? Simply lift one side with one hand, leaving the rest of the setup undisturbed. A mechanism stops the lids at a vertical position, preventing them from flipping all the way back. Mr. Serve Right then folds compactly in half, ensuring easy and space-saving storage. Various sizes are possible for picnics, tailgates, low country boils, banquets, and more!
